After 13 months since Excellon published on its website that the final amount 23 million has been fixed, and no legal recourse were avaliable, to this day it has not paid a single penny, and in its eagerness to evade its commitments, it is illegally involving more companies:
a).-Since the month of July 2021 San Pedro Resources disapeared the money in its banking accounts, involving another company, Excellon Servicios which performs the payment of all your bills, salaries, suppliers, Revenue contributions, Social Security, etc. And despite the processing plant still working in a normal way, it has never had any income again, which explains why Excellon Servicios, is making these payments and from it obtains income to pay for them.
b).- The fraudulently activities also involves the Company of Canadian origin TSX TRUST COMPANY, with whom held a contract in July, 2021 to substitute a guarantee in shares that it gave for all the present and future assets to which San Pedro Resources has and may be entitled, after the company posted that it no longer had any legal recourse, that showed the crimminal intention to illegally avoid the payment a final sentence involving Canadian companies, opening a door in the canadian legal system .
